Rules
and
regulations
for
students:
Leave
Rules:
-
· Proper leave application showing the causes of leave.
-
· Sick leave for more than 3 days will be sanctioned on medical certificate.
-
· Leave up to 3 days is granted by the concerned teacher and up to 7 days by the Chief Tutor.
-
· The principal in special cases sanctions leave for more than 7 days.
-
· Sanctioned leave, however, cannot condone the shortage of classes.
Migration
Rules:
-
· College to college migration is not allowed.
-
· In case of the transfer of parents, an application form signed by both principals along with transfer order of the parents is to be submitted to the Director Higher education for formal approval.
-
· Migration is not allowed at the PG level.
The
following
rules
and
regulations
must
be
observed
strictly:
-
· Students must be decently and cleanly dressed in proper uniform.
-
· Students must be courteous and polite with the staff.
-
· Be responsible and careful f of college property.
Students
must
strictly
abstain
from:
-
· Slogans or display of banners and pasting of stickers.
-
· Using/possession of narcotics, weapons and mobile phones.
-
· Political meetings, display of badges and political affiliations.
-
· Abusive language, quarrelling and demonstrations.
-
· Visitors/outsiders not allowed during study hours.
-
· A student will be struck off the college role due to:
a).
Continues
absence
for
6
days.
b)
Warning
of
mis-conduct. |
